Default fs header/ext pipe/exhaust...noise?

i'm planning on getting some exhaust bits for my zx3...but i'm wondering...will the focussport header, extention pipe, and exhaust be too loud? i really don't like loud at all.

for a frame of reference...i just installed the k&n typhoon intake...i like the sound when i run full open throttle but if it was that loud all the time, i'd go crazy.

so...will the exhaust set up be too loud? is there a way to quite things down? maybe different manufacturers or resonators or mufflers?

any suggestions on opening up the exhaust with not too much noise? what mods would you do? and what brands would you buy?

Look for something with a resonator, that will help quiet it down. Doesn't FS make a stealth exhaust? I believe they do and have heard some remark on how it can really quiet things down. There are other makers it just depends on your budget.

As far as opening up the exhaust you are headed in the right direction you just need to find the right sound that fits your budget. Me personally I have and like the SVT header/Borla set up but again there are countless other options available.

i doubt you're going to get much quieter than that with a race header installed on your car. maybe go to a high flow cat setup? that would make it slightly quieter
