It’s in spec, but steering wheel should be striaghtish. Sloppy techs make excuses...
just cuz they have the tools doesn't mean they have skill. Find a shop that specializes in alignment

I have a 2005 Ford Focus ZX5 I just had an alignment done and it still doesn’t feel right my steering wheel is angled a bit to the left but the alignment shop keeps trying to tell me that it’s fine what are y’all’s opinions
I aligned my 02 Focus myself and my steering was slightly tilted to one side but drove straight down the road all the way up to 70+ mph. I ended up marking my tie-rods and subtracted from one side and added to the other and then double checked my alignment. Now my steering wheel is perfectly straight and aligned. The shop needs to hold the steering wheel straight and then align based around it. Pretty sure they should be able to fix...

One can either do that, or if the steering wheel is slightly to the LEFT you can simply leave it alone. Why? The steering wheel may be making up for slight road crown in the road and it may well end up being dead straight on a straight piece of road or in a parking lot.

I align my own cars always and you may well end up in a combination of dead straight wheel and slightly off as you drive around trying to find the most road crown and the least to be able to split differences to get a good average.
