Hi Everyone,
I am officially back in a focus. This is 2003 2.3D 5-speed with only AC and cruise control options. I have been looking for one for almost a year now and finally found a good one. The color is not my favorite part but I will get use to it.
Here it is:

And the best part it has only 55,700 miles!

12/15/15 update:
Some maintenance parts:

Here is the list of mods to come:
1. Stereo with a head unit to be able to answer calls and stream audio
2. Speakers (already have 2 sets of JBL GX862)
12/19/15 update:
Replaced the rear hatch's wire:

Opened the dash and clean the back PCB:

10/01/16 update:
I have been really busy in the past few months, but I have been enjoying driving it everyday:
Car as it sits now:

I love this stereo, it plugs in to focus's Blaupunkt socket with no adapter and it has Bluetooth calling and audio streaming. It's simple and elegant:

I have autoxed the car a few time, everything is 100% stock (except the fiesta ST wheels) and I can't believe how good the focus handles with stock suspension:

Here is a video:
and finally a few parts overnighted from Japan:
Hella:

Apex Springs:

Bilstein Shocks:

16x8 Rotas

11/19/16 Update
I bought a used SVT steering wheel (it is in pretty good shape). It is amazing the difference it makes when you change something like a steering wheel that you touch all the time with higher quality part.

Brand new set of Hella halogen headlights which I bought from Germany. changing and wiring them up was a bitch but I can finally see at night. I also bought a euro grill from Germany as well but it didn't come with an emblem.

I also bought a set of OMP pedals, I really think these are one of the best aftermarket pedals that you can buy for a focus.

12/12/16 update:
I think it is settled then:

12/25/16 update:
Installed the pedals finally. It took quite bit of time to get them right, but I am fairly happy with the outcome. It is a lot easier now to heel and toe.

01/31/17 update:
The clutch, clutch master cylinder and dual mass flywheel had to be changed. Used all LUK replacement parts.

06/05/17 update:
The suspension is finally in. Bilstein shocks, Swift springs, Ground Control BMW E46 Rear Articulating Spring Perches, K-mac race camber plates, H&R front sway bar, Mazdaspeed 3 rear control arm, Whiteline Mazda 3 adjustable rear sway bar with bushing, and poly bushing through out the front and rear.
The brakes are also done with all new parts including calipers and master cylinder, Cyro treated rotors, Hawk brake pads and stainless steel brake line.
A special thanks to Vik and FSWERKS for putting everything together for me. Here is the money shot:

08/06/17 Update:
FSWERKS Intake, FSWRERKS Exhaust, HFC, Cosworth Header, Under-drive pulley, and FSWERKS tune installed. I also installed the 16x8 Rota Slipsreams:
